Event Management Intern (IEFP Eligible)
The Event Project Management Intern is a valuable contributor to VOQIN’s Operations Team, supporting the design, planning, and delivery of unique corporate events with a balance of detail, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
You will work closely with our experienced project managers in a dynamic and
- paced environment, gaining
- world experience by participating in projects from concept to execution. You’ll be involved in preparing budgets, managing logistics, and interacting with suppliers, with increasing autonomy and responsibility over time.
You’ll be learning how to create meaningful experiences and maximize emotions across live, hybrid, and digital formats, becoming a reliable team member while building strong foundations for a career in the events industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the

- end management of allocated events, assisting in logistics, planning, budgeting, and execution - Contribute to the creative process by supporting the development of presentations, project narratives, and storytelling tools
- Assist in preparing detailed budgets, managing cost control spreadsheets, and helping optimize project profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers and venues to request proposals, compare options, and follow up on deliverables
- Prepare operational documents such as production schedules,

- shows, and staffing plans - Join internal project meetings and client calls as needed, contributing actively with insights and updates
- Participate in
- site event delivery, supporting the project team in the implementation and troubleshooting of event operations - Contribute to
- event debriefs, reports, and internal learnings - Act as a VOQIN’ brand ambassador when engaging with partners, suppliers, and clients

- Solid command of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power
Point - Familiarity with collaborative tools is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Additional knowledge of foreign languages is desirable, especially Spanish, German and/or French. )
Preferred Background
- Master’s degree (completed or in final stage) in Events, Tourism, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- IEFP internship eligibility
- Previous internship or work experience in events, hospitality, or
- based environments (preferred, not required) - Involvement in university projects, student associations, or freelance experience is valued
