Are you a

- solver passionate about innovation? VOQIN' is looking for an Event Management Intern to join our new
future LABS
, a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to innovation, supporting the company's internal and external developments in the fields of events, technology and Emotional Thinking.

You will help design and deliver experimental formats, digital solutions, and emotionally charged experiences, where creativity meets operations, and bold ideas are tested in real time.

A key focus of your role will be to develop expertise in digital event solutions and help scale smart,
- enabled processes across the company. You will also explore the practical use of AI tools to increase efficiency, creativity, and personalization in project workflows.

This internship is part of the IEFP programme and is designed to support your transition into the experience and innovation industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of
  - driven events and pilot projects, from planning to delivery
• Learn to work with leading event management platforms and support the setup, testing, and execution of digital and hybrid event solutions
• Contribute to the development of toolkits, templates, and digital workflows that enable operational excellence
• Assist in creating presentation decks, proposals, and storytelling materials for new formats and solutions
• Research and use AI tools, keep up with trends, platforms, and benchmarks to inform
  - making and experimentation
• Liaise with internal departments (creative, tech, operations, marketing) to coordinate deliverables for
  - functional projects
• Participate in brainstorms, design sprints, and
  - sharing sessions
• Support internal innovation rituals such as showcases, workshops, and process experiments
• Help document learnings and results from test projects, supporting iteration and implementation

Skills Required

• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Excellent organizational skills and an experimental,
  - curious mindset
• Critical and creative thinking, with strong attention to detail
• Interest in user experience and how technology and AI can enhance live and digital events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Curiosity and comfort with digital tools
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)

Preferred Background

• Master's degree in Events, Innovation, Marketing, Experience Design, or similar
• IEFP internship eligibility
• Prior experience in event tech, digital projects, or innovation environments is a plus
• Comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, or
  - driven thinking is appreciated
