Gaming industry. We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to own our global exhibition presence and create unforgettable brand experiences.

​ The Role

​You will be responsible for the
-
- end management of our participation in major industry exhibitions and associated events. Your mission is to ensure Inplaysoft stands out, and every event is executed flawlessly to drive business objectives.

​ Key Responsibilities

​Exhibition Management: Lead all logistics for B2B trade shows, from concept to completion.

​Supplier Negotiation: Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with venues (stand bookings) and stand builders.

​Staff Coordination: Arrange and manage all event staff, including scheduling, training, and travel.

​Travel & Logistics: Book all necessary flights and accommodations for attending staff.

​Hospitality & Satellite Events: Plan and execute all surrounding activities, including client dinners, networking parties, and exclusive VIP functions.

​Operator Training: Organize and deliver
- scale, focused training events for our key operators.

​ Who You Are

​Proven experience in
-
- end event management, specifically with
- scale B2B exhibitions.

​Exceptional negotiation and supplier management skills.

​Highly organized,
- oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.

​Experience in the i
Gaming or tech industry is a strong advantage.

​Ability to travel internationally as required.
