Job Description

The Event Officer is the client’s point of entry for setting up events according to specifications, from concept definition to confirmation. They plan and organize events, coordinate logistics, and ensure collaboration with business experts and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Understand event requirements and details.
• Plan and organize events considering constraints.
• Ensure booked services meet client needs and suggest improvements.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
• Approve key points with the project manager during handover.
• Analyze client feedback and suggest areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Logistics, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Planner (notions).
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
