Since launching in 2021 we've hosted around 200
- air shows, with 35, 000+ visitors, and inhabited some of the city's most enigmatic locations. Most importantly, some amazing people have joined us on our team. Now, to keep up with demand for our private events, we are hiring a producer to handle a custom order of six events in three weeks on the South side of the bridge. ? ? Ideally, you are also open to the possibility of a
- term collaboration after these events end!

Aims of the role: To execute the remaining
- production and field production for all six events. Be the point of contact with the client, and manage all logistical, office, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities ? ?

Pre-production: Take correspondence with the client in advance and during event. Health and safety compliance planning. Site visits. Emergency evacuation plans. Coordinating handover from our existing production team on logistics, staff plans, equipment deliveries. On-site production Overseeing assembly of the cinema equipment (seating, snacks, technical. )Logistics. Contact with client. Health and safety compliance and materials needed. Managing the team. Attendee experience and quality control. Ensuring that guests have a memory of an event that looks, feels, and sounds amazing! Essential requirements. We'd love to talk to you if you have: ?

Strong experience of events production. Fluent in Portuguese. Proficient in English. Excellent organizational, planning, and
- management skills. Independence and
- solving skills. High level of attention to detail. A love for creating amazing events! You do not need prior experience of creating
- air cinema events. Training will be given on all aspects that are unique to Black Cat. There will be full access to team resources.
