Black Cat Cinema is seeking an Event Producer for upcoming outdoor cinema events in Almada and Caparica. The role involves
- production and
- site event management for six scheduled events, with potential for
- term collaboration.

• Working Schedule: Pre-production and 6 days in the field
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Dates: June 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 2025
• Location: Various locations in Almada and Caparica

About Us: Black Cat Cinema aims to redefine the

- air screenings in unique locations, creating memorable social events.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate
  - event correspondence, health and safety planning, site visits, and emergency plans
• Oversee
  - site setup of cinema equipment, seating, snacks, and technical elements
• Manage logistics, team, and client communication
• Ensure
  - quality attendee experience

Requirements:

• Experience in event production
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
• Excellent organizational and
  - solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Training will be provided for
- specific tasks. Prior experience with public institutions or health and safety compliance is preferred.
