Heden is looking for an Events & Community Associate (IEFP Internship) to join our team and support the daily operations and events across our Lisbon spaces.
You’ll help us bring our community to life through events, experiences, and meaningful interactions — ensuring that every guest, member and partner feels welcomed and inspired at Heden.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Event Support
- Manage leads from inquiry to conversion, in close coordination with the Memberships & Sales team.
- Assist in planning and executing community and corporate events — from setup to coordination on the day.
- Support event promotion through digital channels and
- site communication. - Liaise with suppliers, caterers, and partners to ensure all logistics run smoothly.
Community Engagement
- Welcome members and visitors, offering an exceptional first impression of Heden.
- Support the creation of a warm, collaborative and inspiring coworking atmosphere.
- Collect feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Help maintain the coworking and event spaces in perfect condition.
- Assist with booking management, space organization, and

- day operational tasks. - Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to support internal coordination.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A positive, proactive, and
- on attitude. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Interest in events, hospitality, or community management.
- Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship (Estágio Profissional IEFP).
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus - but not required!
