Role Description

This is a contract role for an Events Delegate Acquisition Specialist. The position is
- site, located in Lisbon. The Events Delegate Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting delegates for various events. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential delegates, reaching out to prospective attendees, managing delegate databases, and coordinating with the events team to ensure successful delegate acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delegate acquisition, lead generation, or sales
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage databases and organize delegate information
• Experience in event coordination or management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
