The Examination Specialist plays a critical role in supporting veterinary professionals pursuing ISVPS qualifications by managing the end‑to‑end examination process. This position ensures the seamless delivery of assessments while maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and providing exceptional candidate support.

• Managing all aspects of examination planning, preparation, and delivery to strict timelines
• Supporting ISVPS candidates throughout their qualification journey, from eligibility determination through to results and awards
• Implementing examination processes and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and security protocols
• Collaborating with examiners, training providers, and internal teams to continuously enhance assessment quality and candidate experience
• Speaks German and English
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Competent IT skills, use of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent communicator (written and spoken)
• Effective problem‑solving abilities
• Self‑motivated & autonomous with effective time management abilities
• Customer/client focus
• Good interpersonal skills (team worker, able to build and develop effective working relationships)
• Discretion when necessary
• Sympathetic to organisation’s unique culture and values
• Flexibility within a rapidly evolving business
• Qualification in, or experience of the veterinary field are desirable, but not essential
• Academic qualification or experience in assessment or education desirable, but not essential
• Prior experience in customer service

Annual Leave Entitlement: 23 days plus public holidays, plus additional service dates after 3 years one additional holiday, and after 10 years one additional holiday, to a maximum of 25.

Additional Leave: Our offices close annually for the afternoon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve globally. All employees are provided with company paid leave for these periods.

Weekly Hours: 40

Location: Central city location (Porto) near public transportation. Office based role but hybrid working available – usually 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
