Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with omnichannel support platforms and tools
• Strong verbal and written German language skills (C1 level)
• Advanced English language skills (B2 level)
• Prior experience in
  - facing roles, preferably in a support function
• Ability to work in a
