Join our team as an Exchange & Office 365 Consultant (Hybrid - Lisbon)!

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement or upgrade Exchange and Office 365 solutions, using
  - edge technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide expert analysis and architecture design for projects of varying complexity, delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on the best approaches to maximize the value of their Microsoft environment.
• Support and collaborate with a highly skilled team, sharing and expanding knowledge on Microsoft services, with a focus on Modern Workplace and Security.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Exchange and Office 365 consultant or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems (client and server) configuration and management.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience in Active Directory design, implementation, and administration.
• Proven experience in Exchange design, implementation, and administration.
• Resilient team player with strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and
  - management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and
  - solving abilities.
• Microsoft 365 deployment and administration.
• Microsoft Defender & Purview deployment and administration.
