Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and will possess
- depth proficiency in various network protocols and services. A strong background in network equipment, particularly Cisco or similar technologies, is essential. The role demands
- on knowledge of load balancers and an ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders alike.

Main Responsibilities

The Network Expert will be responsible for:

• Handling network protocols and ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Working closely with the infrastructure team to address needs and solve issues.
• Documenting processes to support integration teams.
• Evaluating network performance for high efficiency.
• Diagnosing and remedying complex network issues promptly.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in
  - related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, STP.
• Experience with Cisco or similar network equipment.
• Knowledge of load balancers and traffic management.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations and VPNs.
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ are a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience with F5 technology.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Ansible and Python.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Understanding of Big
  IP F5 and Checkpoint systems.

Other Details

This role will follow standard working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, with an
- call requirement. Interaction with multiple internal teams, including Wintel, Security, Unix, and Backup, is necessary to achieve optimal network operations. This position may require collaboration with legacy customer accounts to understand their network procedures.
