We are looking for a talented English Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, managing all phases of training interventions, and measuring the efficiency of each training process to improve metrics.

As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
2. Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
3. Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
4. Develop or oversee training roadmap/modules, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
5. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
6. Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
7. Deliver training content through various channels/ mediums
8. Ensure
   - paced training courses are completed
9. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior
10. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect changes
11. Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development
12. Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs
13. Create learning experiences that equip new and
    - term associates to excel through classroom instruction, mentoring, and coaching
14. Maintain project training documentation
15. Track and analyze training programs by examining agent performance and recommend changes based on KPIs
16. Provide exercises and activities to enhance the learning process
17. Stay informed about client processes and recommend program changes where appropriate
18. Perform other duties as requested by the Client or Managers
19. Take responsibility for personal development
20. Comply with all regulatory,
    - trading, and safety rules
21. Attend trainer meetings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Native or proficient level of English (mandatory)
2. Good organization and time management skills
3. Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
4. Ability to make fair judgments and decisions
5. Problem-solving skills and suggestions
6. Ability to influence behavior
7. Adherence to organizational policies
8. Constructive feedback skills
9. Counseling skills
10. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
11. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
12. Availability to work from Sete Rios
13. Availability from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Other details:

• Training start date: May 19th

Education and experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in BPO or customer service
• At least one professional certification or education
• Previous teaching or coaching experience is an advantage
