About The Job

The Real Assets Execution Analyst team plays a central role in the organization by managing and coordinating transversally across the different Real Assets business lines, including the initiation and
- up of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests in coordination with Relationship Managers. The team also supports the Credit Portfolio Management teams within Real Assets on administrative and operational aspects related to the

- cycle of transactions.

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) teams within Real Assets on administrative and operational aspects related to the
  -
  - cycle of transactions, including:
• Initiation and
  - up of KYC requests and client onboarding
• Submission into the Real Assets credit workflow system
• Controls performed on internal systems reflecting the main features of transactions
• Contribute to transversal tasks upon request, such as:
• Review of transaction data inputs for accuracy
• Consistency review of data inputs and outputs
• Management of client database (onboarding and offboarding)
• Profile and Skills to Success
• Graduate degree in Economics, Business, or Law
• Fluency in English (applications in other languages will not be considered)
• Good communication skills and ability to develop relationships across departments (Real Assets, Middle Office, Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, etc. )
• Availability, initiative, commitment, and curiosity
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Flexibility and team spirit
