Execution Officer Trainee – Real Assets Lisboa

About the Job

The Execution Officers team plays a central role in the organization by managing and coordinating transversally across Real Assets business lines, initiating and following up KYC requests in coordination with Relationship Managers (RMs). It also supports the Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) teams on administrative and operational aspects related to the deal life‑cycle of the transactions.

Your Main Activities Are

• Develop an understanding of Real Assets businesses and the internal KYC flag requirements for their transactions and clients.
• Initiate and follow up KYC requests (both onboarding and recertification).
• Coordinate the gathering of all documents and materials required by KYC teams for onboarding.
• Develop an understanding of the materials required by different KYC jurisdictions.
• Anticipate bottlenecks so they can be escalated/addressed in a timely manner, ensuring processes are completed ahead of the anticipated transaction launch date.

Profile And Skills to Success

• Graduate degree in Law or related fields with a special interest in regulatory topics.
• Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory).
• Ability to communicate and develop good working relationships with different departments (CPM, RMs, Middle Office, Finance, Risk, Legal).
• Availability, initiative, commitment, and curiosity.
• Flexible, good team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
