We are the company behind the personal brand of @giulia. fiorenza. Booster Academy is a renowned training company in the social media space, specializing in teaching professionals how to sell their services on Instagram. Our clients are mainly freelancers and small business owners.

This is a hybrid role: a mix of operational and personal support.

• Managing calendars, meetings, and reminders
• Communication with team members (sales, marketing, tech, etc. )
• Managing files, documents, forms, links, CRM, calendars, projects
• Supporting basic video or content editing tasks (Reels, PDFs, social posts, etc. )
• Assisting in content production and scheduling publications

• Booking travel, dinners, transfers, hotels, events
• House-hunting and handling personal admin (even abroad)
• Organizing busy days or key weeks
• Managing unexpected situations and solving problems on the go

• You have experience as a personal or executive assistant
• You're organized, autonomous, fast, and great at multitasking
• You love solving problems and keeping things under control even in chaos
• You have good taste, a sense of aesthetics, and attention to detail
• You write clearly and communicate with professionalism and warmth
• You've already edited a video, created a Reel, or built a visual asset
• You speak perfect Italian and feel comfortable in English (other languages = bonus)

• Full time (not compatible with other jobs)
• Flexible hours, but daily availability is a must (including minute tasks)
• Remote role + occasional travel (Italy / Portugal)
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Contract: freelance/collaboration with fixed monthly fee + bonuses
• Real growth opportunity within the company: you can evolve into a coordinator, team leader, or work on special projects (productions, events, marketing, etc. )
