Thales Portugal, a leading company in technology solutions for defence, aerospace, and digital security, is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Within an operational or functional team, works alongside the Manager and the other members of the team;
• Facilitates and optimizes the organization of the team’s activities, internal and external relations and the circulation of information;
• Carries out secretarial and personal assistant tasks in a helpful manner;
• Respect the confidentiality of information communicated to him/her;
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents;
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements;
• Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings;
• Maintain schedules and calendars;
• Arrange and confirm appointments;
• Organize internal and external events.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum secondary education (degree preferred);
• A minimum of 5 years of direction secretarial experience;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented;
• Time management;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work
  - site (presencial regime) at our offices in Paço de Arcos.
