Executive Assistant – Sales Enablement Focus

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant, with a particular focus on sales enablement and external coordination. The successful candidate will support the CEO in managing a volume pipeline, ensuring updates are timely, meetings are scheduled, and communication is polished and professional.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage client communications, updates, and outreach in Hub
Spot CRM - Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Maintain the calendar, email triage, and task prioritisation
- Join client calls as needed, taking ownership of next steps and updates
- Prepare agendas, notes, and supporting materials for meetings
- Provide general executive support and administrative coordination
- Prepare content and messaging for outreach;
manage booking, travel, and updates to maximise meetings and impact around key industry events - Ensure data accuracy and organisation within CRM and digital tools
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive in a
- paced environment - Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
able to draft quality content - Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Power
Point) and CRM systems like Hub

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in writing professional content or in health/scientific fields
