This is a

- site role for an Executive Personal Assistant/Office Manager located in Cascais. The role encompasses managing the daily operations of the office, providing
- level administrative support, and delivering personalized assistance.
Key tasks include managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, handling clerical duties, and ensuring efficient office operations. The individual in this role will act as a primary point of contact internally and externally, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
Required Skills
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Expertise in Communication and Diary Management
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency with office software and technology tools
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
