Your role will be a mix of: Business Support
Scheduling agendas, calls, reminders
Communicating with team members (sales, marketing, technical, etc. )Managing files, documents, forms, links, CRM, calendars, projects
Supporting small editing tasks for videos or content (Reels, PDFs, posts, etc. )Assisting in content production and publication planning Personal Support
Booking trips, dinners, transfers, hotels, events
House search and handling personal paperwork (including abroad)Organizing busy days or key weeks
Managing unexpected issues and continuous problem solving Who We’re Looking For
You have experience as a personal or operational assistant
You are organized, independent, multitasking, and fast
You enjoy
- solving and can find solutions even when everything seems messy
You have a good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and style
You write well, communicate clearly, and have strong interpersonal skills
You are
- savvy: confident with Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Zoom, Telegram, Notion, Canva, etc. You have experience editing a video, creating a Reel, or preparing visual content
You speak perfect Italian and are comfortable in English (other languages are a plus) Practical Details
Full-time (not compatible with other jobs)Flexible schedule, but daily availability required (including

Contract: monthly fee to be defined + bonuses
