About the role:
In this role, you’ll handle everything from managing schedules and travel to coordinating communication and keeping key projects on track. You’ll be a trusted partner, working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and helping the

What you’ll do:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure the executive’s day runs smoothly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
- Support internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on key action items.
- Keep track of deadlines, priorities, and ongoing projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Support administrative tasks.
- Coordinate quarterly team offsites across various European locations, including securing meeting spaces with necessary IT setup, managing logistics, preparing presentation materials, and organizing team activities.
- At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Impeccable organizational and
- management skills. - Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Fluent in English.
