This is a launchpad into sales, ops, or product.
An overview of what you'll do
You'll be the founder's right hand, removing roadblocks, pushing deals forward, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This could mean handling the admin, preparing slide decks, or jumping into CRM data cleanup.
Your duties
Phase 1: Sales Support & EA
- Manage inbox & calendar, only surface what matters.
- Draft client emails, confirmations &
- ups - Prepare quotes, offers, agreements & proposals (Airtable / Docu
Sign). - Proofread and polish sales decks &
- pagers. - Track leads and
- up deadlines (Click
Up + Airtable). - Chase missing documents from clients
Phase 2: Sales Ops & Automation
- Create SOPs for
- sales, onboarding, and development tasks. - Maintain CRM hygiene and template libraries.
- Build light automations in Zapier &
- Research leads, client org charts, and industry benchmarks
Phase 3: Strategic Projects
- Own internal dashboards (Airtable + Click
Up) - Run QA checks before deliverables go out.
- Shadow founder on client calls & prep strategy docs
- Lead
- projects to remove bottlenecks. - Grow into
Sales Ops, Product Ownership, or Project Management
depending on your track.
What you'll learn

Requirements
- Native-level written & spoken English (you'll write client emails by day 3)
- Based in Lisbon; 5 days
- office to start, hybrid after 6 months - At least 2 years of experience in an EA, sales admin, or project support role
- Excellent presentation and formatting skills (slides, docs, proposals)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
Skills
- Sharp writing skills and great attention to detail
- You get a buzz from making things run smoother or faster.
- Ambition to grow into a sales, marketing, ops, or product role
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Figma or slide design tools
- Worked with
