Bedrock is seeking an experienced,
- performing Executive Assistant to support our CEO and provide occasional support to our CFO. This is a critical role, ideal for someone who thrives in
- paced,
- driven environments and an opportunity to grow in an international tech ecosystem.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a trusted partner to the CEO, you’ll be key support of his daily
  - ensuring his time and energy.
• Prioritize and coordinate a
  - volume agenda, meetings and anticipate needs for the CEO and his team if needed.
• Own the planning and execution of international travel, offsites, and leadership events.
• Help our CFO manage invoicing, coordinate with accounting, create purchase orders, and follow up on supplier payments.

WHAT WE’ RE LOOKING FOR

Location : The position is based in Lisbon, with the possibility of teleworking 94 days a year (2 days a week) with the flexibility of being able to work more or less depending on the periods of the year

Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work in Portugal

• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
• A
  - first mindset - proactive, responsive, and committed to excellence.
• A high level of
  - you handle confidential information with absolute professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills - with the ability to handle shifting priorities calmly and efficiently.
• You thrive in a tech culture: you’re adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. French and/or German is a plus.
