We’re not looking for an EA who's content to stay an EA forever—we need and want you to grow with us.
Mission #1:
Grab every admin task and free up the founder’s brain.
Mission #2:
Fire yourself:
document what you do on a daily basis and work with the Developers and Product team to automate with AI.
Mission #3:
Once all admin tasks run themselves, step into Product Owner, Ops, Marketing or Sales role. Sky’s the limit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
0–3 MONTHS – “Stabilise”
- Triage the founder’s inbox and calendar so he sees only what matters.
- Confirm client meetings via email and text.
- Learn how to use all the systems we use (task management, email management, etc)
- Use
- made email scripts to collect information from clients. - Learn how to build simple automated workflows
3–6 MONTHS – “Plan to fire yourself”
- Start documenting processes
- Turn every repeatable step into a clear SOP so anyone (including AI) can follow it.
- Learn how to build more complex workflows
- Help polish slide decks and
- page flowcharts for client demos.
6–18 MONTHS – “Own & Optimise”
- Lead internal projects with the dev team to roll out improvements.
- Onboard new hires into the playbooks you wrote.
- Shadow our Product Consultant on client workshops
- Talk to clients when needed
Along the way you’ll master time blocking, customer etiquette, Saa
S ops, process design,
- code automation, QA, ops management, product ownership and
- facing facilitation.
MUST HAVES
- Min 2 years working as an Executive Assistant, preferably for a tech agency or Saa
S. - Ability to anticipate the Founder's need.
- Native-level written & spoken English (you’ll send emails to clients on Day 1).
- Based in Lisbon;
5-day
- office cadenceto start, negotiable after 6 months. - Confident MS Word and Excel, Task management software.
- Ambition to grow beyond classic admin work.
- Polished presentation.
NICE TO HAVES
- Content or marketing side projects (blog, You
Tube, Insta, etc. ). - First steps with
- code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make. Com…). - Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Engineering or similar.
