YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Support the management of the Van & Truck Fleet Europe division with comprehensive analyses, reports, and presentations to drive strategic goals forward.
• Independently collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to optimize procurement and business processes.
• Develop and implement standardized reports, dashboards, and business cases for management and executives.
• Act as a sparring partner for the purchasing team by questioning assumptions, deriving actionable recommendations, and supporting strategic projects.
• Serve as a central interface between Cars & Bus, Van & Truck, and all internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and consistent data management.
• Support the introduction and acceptance of new systems, tools, and process improvements within a growing and evolving department.
• Conduct market, competition, and trend analyses to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage.
• Ensure data quality and integrity to provide a reliable basis for
  - making processes.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, and bring several years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in a similar role.
• You have strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with proven experience using data analysis tools and software.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You can present complex information in a clear and understandable way to diverse audiences.
• You work proactively and independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative.
• You remain calm, focused, and confident when handling ad hoc requests.
