What You'll Do

  • Champion the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools—setting the gold standard for delivery across our global teams.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Monitor global project portfolios to ensure disciplined schedule, cost and quality management.
  • Provide strategic oversight for
    - profile, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive process & tooling improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as an advisor and advocate for
    -
    - class project management practices.
  • Represent the organization at corporate events, sharing thought leadership and driving our reputation as a center of excellence.

Is This Opportunity Right for You?

We're seeking candidates who bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management & PMO operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within global organizations.
  • Proven track record of PMO establishment, managing large complex project portfolios, and leading
    - performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience in large Telco BSS (Catalogue, Order Management, CRM, Billing, OCS) implementations
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and
    - solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.
  • Experience in the Media and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel globally to engage with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
