What You’ll Be Doing

• Sell
  - value IT recruitment solutions to some of Malta’s
  - growing companies
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing and account management
• Work with delivery consultants who’ll support you in fulfilling the business you bring in
• Build lasting client relationships and become a trusted advisor on hiring and growth

What You’ll Gain

You’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commission: €38K+ in your first year and €61K+ by year two, with top performers making over €80K. The harder you work, the more you earn, no limits here. You’ll also benefit from

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 6–18 months of experience in B2B/ B2C sales or other
  - facing sales roles
• A strong desire to move into something with more structure, stability, and upward potential
• A
  - performance mindset and a drive to exceed goals
• Fluent English and an EU passport or EU citizenship
• Availability for a fully
  - based role in Ta’ Xbiex (Monday–Friday)
