Expeditions Manager (M/F/D) - Santo Tirso

Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an Expeditions Manager (M/F/D) to join our client, a leader in its sector, in the Santo Tirso area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation activities and ensure performance control and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor KPIs related to performance, cost, quality, and environment, such as receipt times and dispute resolution levels.
• Ensure correct delivery according to constraints (time, cost, contract).
• Maintain quality and availability of distribution media (templates, packaging, etc. ).
• Assess impacts on transport activities due to
  - and
  - term planning changes.
• Manage documentation control (reception, dispatch, customs) and unloading material.
• Oversee initial material control and logistics resources, including inventory management.
• Manage standards for resources within internal and external flows.
• Gather feedback from internal customers for continuous improvement.
• Ensure logistics service quality, including delivery times, dispute levels, and packaging quality.
• Respect and optimize the logistics budget.

Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Autonomous, organized, rigorous, reactive, and pragmatic.
• Strong negotiation, management, and organizational skills.
• Global and technical vision with
  - making abilities.
• Ability to handle unforeseen and crisis situations.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred) and Pack Office.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
