We’re hiring: Expense Claims Business Analyst

Do you want to play a key role in transforming the way companies manage expenses?

We’re looking for an Expense Claims Business Analyst to join our international team and support the implementation and evolution of a global expense management tool.

Your mission:

Support the rollout and continuous improvement of a common expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur) across entities.

Simplify and harmonize operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Increase visibility and control over expense claims while enhancing reporting capabilities.

Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with the Core Model.

Collaborate with IT teams to validate and implement technical solutions.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.

Define and execute testing procedures to guarantee quality and performance.

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Finance, IT, or related fields.

Experience with expense claims tools (SAP Concur highly valued).

Background in business analysis and/or system implementation.

Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory).

SAP FI/CO/MM/SD knowledge is a plus.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
