We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative, you'll ensure seamless interactions with clients, meeting high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role involves selling cruise packages,
- selling or upselling associated products, providing exceptional customer support for
- booking and booking management, and assisting travel agents with bookings and booking management.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• Fluency in Swedish (C1) and advanced English (B2)
• Proven computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and
  - solving abilities
• Multitasking skills are essential
