Main responsibilities :

  - users across various platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring high customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;

Job requirements :

Fluency in one of the following languages :

• German or French;
• Very good level of English (B2 / C1);
• Availability to work on shifts;
