Overview:

We are building a
- class team and would love you to join us. As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll be part of an agile project team working with all the infrastructure pieces of a system. You will oversee the migration process and design, maintain, and monitor the new cloud platform, as well as configure hybrid connectivity between
- site systems and the cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and leadership ability, along with communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other IT team members.

The job holder is a specialist in designing, deploying, and managing cloud services within the Microsoft Azure platform. They play a critical role in ensuring that cloud infrastructure and applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Leveraging Azure's tools and services, these engineers enable businesses to transform operations and innovate within the cloud ecosystem.

National and international travel varies according to project/client and organizational needs: approximately 0%-15%.

What will you do?

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Azure (with a clear exit strategy);
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications;
• Optimize resource utilization and implement
  - saving measures;
• Stay current with Azure updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements;
• Provide technical support and guidance on cloud issues;
• Develop and maintain documentation for architectures, procedures, and training;
• Work with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless cloud integration with business processes;
• Analyze existing standards and processes to identify improvements;
• Develop infrastructure as code (Ia
  C) using
  - native tooling for automated deployments;
• Implement automated,
  - driven data protection to prevent data loss;
• Support cloud adoption during application modernization;
• Design, migrate, and operate medium to
  - scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and applications.

What are we looking for?

• Azure Cloud experience involving design, deployment, configuration, and optimization;
• Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure for performance and
  - efficiency, using Dynatrace;
• Experience automating deployments with Azure Dev
  Ops;
• Skills in networking, systems administration, data protection, security, and CI/CD tooling (Git
  Hub Actions, Flux
  CD, Argo
  CD);
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
• Experience with Kubernetes, specifically AKS, is a plus;
• Experience working within an Agile framework;
• Enthusiastic learner with mentoring abilities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexible working approach and team player attitude.
