Key Responsibilities

:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager who can inspire, lead, and support the team to create a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a Front Office Manager role, ideally in a boutique hotel or similar hospitality setting
• Fluency in written and spoken in 2 languages: English and as a second one either Portuguese or German. Proficiency in any other language is an asset.
• Exceptional leadership skills to guide and motivate a
  - knit team, fostering teamwork and professionalism
• Strong skills in guest relations and communication, with the ability to handle all inquiries gracefully and efficiently
• Ability to manage hotel front desk processes as well as oversee reservations and host services for all restaurants
• An eye for detail and a
  - oriented mindset, ensuring every guest feels at home
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a varied and
  - end clientele, also in working hours.
• Adaptable and capable of integrating into a diverse team.
