Job Description

Work with clients and project teams to define project requirements, resources, budgets, phases, tasks, schedules, and timelines.
Assess projects for risks and proactively identify blocks to success to facilitate collaboration among project and client teams to mitigate these risks.
Continuously track project progress and manage daily updates including project plans, timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Manage client expectations and provide regular status updates, responding to questions and concerns.
Understand team processes and how to set them up for success, including understanding different approaches and pitfalls.
Be empathetic to client needs and diplomatic in resolving issues.
Make decisions based on insights aligned with project goals and deadlines, and communicate these to the team and clients.
Facilitate meetings to clarify roles, responsibilities, and tasks.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively with clients.
Anticipate team needs to prevent blocks and ensure accountability.
Contribute to the project management community by improving workflows and maintaining best practices.
Ensure project success through collaboration with teammates and clients.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you must have:

4-8 years of relevant project management or support experience.
Experience with project management tools (Smart
Sheet, JIRA, monday.com, Asana, etc. ).
Ability to work independently or in teams to deliver projects.
Knowledge of Project Management Processes, Agile Methodologies, and project/product management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ideally, you'll also have:

Certifications like CAPM, PMP, SMC, etc.
Experience managing international and multicultural projects.
Full English proficiency.
