Job Description:

Our Portuguese team has been building up strong technological capabilities, focused mainly on Salesforce implementations and financial services operations.

Moreover, the Portuguese colleagues are part of firmwide communities such as Salesforce (Customer & Growth) and Data & Analytics & AI (Technology) as well as our Banking & Capital Markets segment community.

Are you a passionate Salesforce consultant wanting to grow together with the team of excellent colleagues (including a CTA)? Do you have experience with complex problem solving on the platform (eliminating limits, specifics, and other tricky platform parts)?

Our Portuguese team, is supporting various project covering but not limited to core clouds, experience cloud and CPQ including integration implementations. Our projects are challenging and long lasting mainly in the west European market.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Gather business requirements, guide business to follow platform best practices and translate them into technical specifications;
• Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point and click tools;
• Design and create integration logic;
• Continuously develop the expertise on Salesforce Platform;
• Analyze, debug/troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to Salesforce;
• Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment.

We are looking for:

• A technical university degree (min. Bc. );
• Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud);
• Integrations – knowledge of REST and SOAP;
• Experience (or willingness to learn) with VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup;
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions;
• Sharing attitude to spread knowledge;
• Working proficiency in English AND French is a must;
• Willingness to travel (EU).
