We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Consultant to join our team and contribute to exciting digital transformation projects. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, working on
- scale solutions in Service
Now across different modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc. ).

? Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement technical and business requirements for the Service
  Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc);
  
  
  
  
• Act as a seniordeveloper across all aspects of Service
  Now project and solution delivery;
  
  
  
  
• Oversee application and workflow configuration;
  
  
  
  
• Develop
  - specific reporting processes and integration components;
  
  
  
  
• Provide trustedadvice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can improve performance;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Service
  Now technical teams;
  
  
  
  
• Contribute to business development with clients;
  
  
  
  
• Support the management team.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Academic background in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum of 3 years of Service
  Now technical experience;
  
  
  
  
• Proven expertise in Service
  Now products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, Integration Hub, App Engine, or GRC;
  
  
  
  
• Strong project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, ability to conduct analysis
  -
  - end and deliver results within demanding timelines;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
