- house experimentation platform. This platform will not only optimize user experiences but also sharpen our competitive edge by accelerating product innovation. We are looking for a (Senior) Executive Experimentation Platform (m/f/d) to lead this initiative from 0 to 1.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Lead the design and development of scalable,
  - serve experimentation tooling to meet product development needs.
• Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex
  - making.
• Promote best practices for experimentation across the organization.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform.
• Ensure the platform aligns with
  - term business goals and fosters a culture of
  - driven decision making.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: Supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development.
• Tools: Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python).
• Engineering: Preferably experienced with software engineering best practices and languages (e. g. , Scala, Java
  Script).
• Experimentation: Previous experience with experimentation platforms is ideal.
• Problem Solving: Strong statistical intuition and experience solving problems in
  - facing products.
