Your contribution:

• Develop and operationalize machine learning and generative AI models for
  - impact business use cases;
• Design and implement data science models, including feature engineering and rapid prototyping;
• Build and automate AI pipelines, integrating them into business processes and tools;
• Manage the full AI lifecycle, including MLOps, monitoring, retraining, and governance;
• Design and deploy Gen
  AI applications for content summarization, document processing, and chatbots;
• Ensure performance optimization and
  - efficiency of AI models in cloud environments;
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align AI components with enterprise data architecture;
• Work with BI and automation teams to operationalize AI insights;
• Contribute to the standardization of reusable Gen
  AI components and evaluation techniques;
• Align with responsible AI guidelines, data privacy, and security standards;
• Translate AI models into actionable insights through storytelling;
• Monitor trends in Gen
  AI for opportunities and innovation.

What makes you stand out:

• Strong foundation in data science and machine learning, with
  - on experience in
  - world applications;
• Ability to identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value;
• Proven experience with generative models (LLMs, etc. );
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM evaluation;
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management, versioning, and performance tracking;
• Experience with cloud deployment and integration of AI into workflows;
• Strong communication skills to explain AI capabilities and limitations;
• Curiosity and adaptability to stay ahead of AI trends.

You Must Have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field;
• At least three years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models, including two years on cloud AI services (preferably Google Cloud);
• Proficiency in Python and ML/Gen
  AI libraries (scikit-learn, Tensor
  Flow, Hugging Face, Open
  AI SDK);
• Experience with LLM applications (chatbots, summarizers, semantic search);
• Knowledge of MLOps and Gen
  AIOps workflows;
• Understanding of Gen
  AI architectural patterns such as RAG and embedding stores;
• Strong SQL skills and experience with structured data;
• Familiarity with APIs for enterprise Gen
  AI integration;
• Experience in multinational, complex organizations;
• Fluent English (C1 level).
