Role Overview
As part of our Development Management Team, you will play a key role in the systematic planning, coordination, and operation of Q ENERGY's renewable energy projects, managing budgets and performance across regions. You will act as a
- specific expert, overseeing project progress in assigned regions and supporting broader departmental activities. Your responsibilities will cover the full project lifecycle, from pipeline management and strategic planning to market research and financial oversight, ensuring the successful execution of our business development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project pipelines by country, tracking new, ongoing, and discontinued projects.
- Manage schedules, progress updates, and key milestones for projects.
- Establish and manage business plans for each regional market, aligning with overall strategy.
- Analyze and monitor management indicators, including sales, profit targets, and strategic objectives.
- Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and cost control to support management goals.
- Manage cash flow by monitoring expenditures versus forecasts.
- Research and analyze global and domestic renewable energy trends and industry developments.
- Identify and communicate strategic implications of policy changes and industry shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, business planning, or development management, preferably in renewable energy.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Korean; Portuguese skills are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
