As an Expert HR Strategy, you will shape our HR and cultural transformation, acting as a strategic partner to the Global Head of HR Co
E and the HR Leadership Team, exemplifying modern collaboration and leadership.

Your Tasks:

• Establish and facilitate the HR strategy process aligned with ENERCON’s business transformation and vision “Energy For The World”, including monitoring measures.
• Develop and connect global HR frameworks and instruments, such as workforce planning, skills management, and succession planning.
• Engage with external networks and thought leaders on HR trends, integrating insights into ENERCON’s HR strategy.
• Manage the HR project portfolio and strategic KPIs in collaboration with HR Data Analytics.
• Participate in HR process governance and support strategic HR projects and initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, with focus on change management and organizational development.
• Over 10 years of experience in HR, strategy, management, or consulting.
• Strong project management, analytical skills, and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent
  - cultural communication and networking skills.
• Self-directed, systems thinker with a
  - oriented mindset.
• IT and AI literacy, capable of developing digital HR use cases.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
