About the Role

We are looking for an Expert-level SAP Success
Factors Consultants specialized in Overall Payments to join a strategic HR technology project.

You will be the first members of a growing team, playing a key role in implementing and optimizing Success
Factors solutions for global clients.

As part of this role, you will:

• Lead configuration and implementation of the Overall Payments module.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
• Support integration with other HR modules and
  - party systems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during implementation and
  -
  - live support.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in SAP Success
  Factors, specifically Overall Payments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementations and configuration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and global payroll integration.
• Excellent communication skills in English and:
• Portuguese (for Lisbon)
• Ability to work on-site at client offices.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi-country implementations.
• Familiarity with other SAP Success
  Factors modules (Compensation, Employee Central, etc. ).
