Our Record-to-Report business line offers innovative financial services, including financial records, closing, and reporting, as well as Tax, Master Data, Real Estate, and Controlling services.

Your mission will be…

1. Determine Export Control Classification according to EU / US Export Control Law;
2. Perform De Minimis calculations based on US Export Control Law;
3. Request Export Control classification from external suppliers and verify them;
4. Collaborate closely with the
   - level support of our Export Control teams in Europe;
5. Support internal spot checks;
6. Handle Master Data and administer Export Control classification for projects or within ERP systems.

We are looking for someone with…

• Fluent in English;
• Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Software, or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of linguistics, terminology science I, terminology work I, and terminology management;
• Insight into practical challenges in terminology work;
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power
  Point, Outlook);
• Team player attitude;
• Strong customer focus, results, and quality orientation;
• Reliable and organized;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
• Strong analytical mindset.
