Your mission will be…

• Determine Export Control Classification acc. to EU / US Export Control Law;
• Perform De Minimis calculations based on US Export Control Law;
• Demand Export Control classification from external suppliers and verify them;
• Close cooperation with the second level support of our Export Control teams in Europe;
• Support internal spot checks;
• Handling of Master Data and administer the Export Control classification for projects or in the respective ERP systems.

We are looking for someone with…

• Fluent in German and English;
• Basic knowledge of linguistics, terminology science, terminology work, and terminology management;
• Insight into practical challenges in terminology work;
• Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, PPT, and Outlook);
• Team Player;
• Strong customer focus, results, and quality orientation;
• Reliable and organized;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment;
• Strong analytical mindset.
