Export Coordinator
We are looking for an Export Assistant Coordinator to temporarily join our Export - CSV Department, providing support during a maternity leave period. We are seeking a motivated, responsible and proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to our international operations, ensuring excellent service to our global customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for handling and resolving customer queries;
 - Accurately process and coordinate customer requests , ensuring timely responses;
 - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, providing proactive advice and support;
 - Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and functional areas to ensure smooth communication and teamwork;
 - Understand and follow agreed procedures and standards within the department;
 - Ensure that quality standards and KPIs are met, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
 
Candidate Profile
- University degree (preferably in International Trade, Management, Logistics or related fields);
 - Good command of English (spoken and written) – other languages will be a plus;
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
 - Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
 - Organised, 
- oriented , and able to work under pressure; - Comfortable with learning new IT systems;
 - Proactive, 
- focused , and eager to develop in an international environment.
