Export Sales Ops – Spanish Speaker | Maritime Focus
Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time | Permanent Contract | Hybrid Model

We are looking for an Export Sales Operations professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in
- paced, multicultural environments.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to
- related inquiries from customers and sales teams
Coordinate shipments with distribution centers and freight forwarders, with a strong focus on maritime transport
Resolve complex delivery issues and monitor shipment status
Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization
Generate reports on open orders and revenue
Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders
Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when needed
Lead daily operations, onboarding, and system housekeeping
Manage team absences and holiday planning to ensure business continuity
Identify training needs and drive process improvements
Provide technical guidance and support to the local Export Sales Ops team
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or sales operations
Proven experience in maritime transport and international export processes
Fluency in English and Spanish (C2/native level)
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Agile) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Share
Point, Teams)
Legal eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to travel if needed
