The Senior Logistic Manager will oversee the

- day activities of the **Logistics Team** (inbound, outbound, external logistic partners, stock control) ensuring that the organization is managing and performing efficiently and effectively, and will also strategically envision the future of the organization and develop capabilities in the team to continuously increase people productivity/motivation. **Responsibilities**:**Management**- Lead, manage, coach, and mentor the Transportation and Stocks teams while embodying our five daily habits;



- Establish actionplansin line with the OKRs strategic objectives and goals;



- Identify gaps inthe organization, processes, and tools, and recommend actionable steps;



- Establishes quantitative and qualitative KPIs, metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the efficiency and effectiveness of the team can be evaluated;



- Propose, review, analyze, and evaluate procedures and protocols;



- Ensure policies and procedures that will improve

- day operations are identified and implemented;



- Lead the coordination and integration of efforts among the different areas, to produce smoother workflow and more
- effective business processes while utilizing and maximizing various internal systems;



- Identify cost control and savings opportunities;



- Partner with kencko counterpart teams to evaluate the feasibility of

- term Logistic plans;



- Promote productive relationships with international suppliers and external production sites;



- Ensure all processes are properly documented at our collaborative workspace (Notion)**Accountable for**:
- Transportation- Oversee D2C and B2B inbound and outbound transportation in a timely and compliant
- Monitor and resolve shipping and
- related
- Bridge the communication between internal and external teams involved with shipping and
- Analyze and recommend improvements in the transportation processes to minimize costs and drive
- Ensure the revision and approval of suppliers invoices in line with requested/negotiated- Stocks- Oversee Inventory Record Accuracy- Oversee and maintain Netsuite transactions aligned with physical flows of
- Maintain a Single Point of Contact for:
- Finished Goods stocks
- 3PL Finished Goods stocks management (out of US)- Bridge with Supply Planning replenishments and product
- Item creation for finished
- Ensure the revision and approval of suppliers invoices in line with requested/negotiated**Required Skills and Qualifications**- Preferable minimum 7 years of experience in logistic management;



- Experience in working with or at a 3PLs;



- Experience in working with or at a retailer and/or CPG company is a plus;



- Very strong analyticalskills;



- Action and detail oriented;



- Preferred experience in Netsuite;



- Good knowledge Excel/Google sheets;



- Comfortable working inan evolving and dynamic environment;



- Ability to laughat yourself and at the small day to day things;
