We have multiple requirements for experienced All Round Operators to join our team! Mining Production & Civil Construction options.

All Round Operators – Mining Production & Civil Construction

Guma‑Warnii Resources is currently recruiting for experienced All‑round Operators to join our team. These roles are based on site within the Pilbara region.

Civil Construction Operators – Cape Lambert (Commencing ASAP, must be Rio Inducted)

• HR Licence
• Excavator
• Skidsteer/Telehandler
• Loader (advantage)

Production Operator – Rio Tinto Site – Robe Valley (8:6 roster)

• Cat D10, D11 Dozers, 854 Wheel Dozers
• Cat 992‑994 and/or Komatsu WA1200 Loaders
• Cat 6060, Komatsu PC3000 and PC4000 Shovels
• Cat 777, 785, 789 and 793 Dump Trucks
• 16M‑24M Graders

Civil Construction Operating – Rio Tinto Sites – Hope Downs 1 & West Angelas (2:1 & 3:1 rosters)

• Cat 992‑994 and/or Komatsu WA1200 Loaders
• Dozers: D6 and D9 (GPS ideally) – Borrow Pit, Road, and Pad Construction experience
• Excavators: 8‑30t tracked, 14t wheeled – Trimming Batters, GPS experience
• Loaders: CAT 980, IT
• Graders: 140, 150
• Articulated Haul Trucks, Tippers, Watercart

You Will Have:

• 12 months experience operating the above equipment within a mining production environment, or relevant experience within civil construction (NPI) on site
• Hold relevant RII operating tickets
• Valid Manual C class driver’s licence
• Hold current Rio Tinto inductions or be willing to obtain them
• Willing to work day and night shifts
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Hold a current National Police Clearance no older than 12 months or be willing to obtain one
