Your contribution to something big:

• Support the management and optimization of HR IT applications, including troubleshooting and user support;
  
  
  
  
• Contribute to the global S/4HANA implementation and HR automation initiatives;
  
  
  
  
• Assist inpreparing training materials, reports, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with local and international teams, gaining
  - on experience with
  - world HR IT challenges.

What distinguishes you:

• Education:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge:
  • Interest in HR IT systems and digital transformation;
    
    
    
    
  • Basic understanding of SAP is beneficial.
• Languages:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
    
    
    
    other languages are a plus.
• Personality:
  • Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback;
    
    
    
    
  • Inclusive mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural team;
    
    
    
    
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks;
    
    
    
    
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
