The Opportunity

We are creating an AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal, designed to serve countries across the Europe West region and accelerate the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in this strategic initiative by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will support the development of dashboards, reports, and exploratory analyses that help organizations navigate complex challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and AI performance.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and anomalies.
• Support decision‑making with clear, data‑driven insights.
• Prepare datasets for modeling and ensure data quality.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis roles, preferably in consulting or dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data‑visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform exploratory analysis and identify trends.
• Competence in preparing clean, structured datasets for modeling.
• Clear reporting and storytelling skills for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
