The Opportunity

We are creating an AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal, designed to serve countries across the Europe West region and accelerate the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital products and technology solutions that drive transformation for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic goals.
• Manage product backlog and roadmap to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate activation activities: communication, onboarding, and support.
• Align product development with business requirements and client expectations.
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• +5 years of proven experience in product management, preferably in a digital or technological context.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello.
• Ability to interpret data and make
  - driven decisions.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
